Personal data, including photos and videos of participants, will only be collected and published on public platforms with explicit consent from the individuals involved. Participants have the right to withdraw their consent at any time, in which case their data will be removed from all relevant platforms.

We retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, typically for up to 10 years after the end of the project to ensure the long-term impact of the project results and to comply with the Erasmus+ requirements.
